Having had some fabulous sessions planting fruit trees and fruit bushes during what I hope will be the tail end of the dormant season, we are now turning our attention to veggies. On Saturday 9th March, from 10:00 – 12:00, weather permitting we will be sowing some veggies in our new fenced veg patch and also preparing some new veg beds for the Big Dig. We will also be bringing along spare seeds to swap and/or use for the garden,so if you have any opened or unopened seed that you’d like to clear out, please bring them along, and if you would like some seed, come along and see if there’s anything you’d like to try.
Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and appropriate footwear.
